Secretary of Agriculture, in pursuance of Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 7 U.S.C.A. § 601 et seq., to enforce the provisions of Order No. 48, regulating the handling of milk in the Sioux City, Iowa, marketing area. The order, after a public hearing, as provided by the act, found: "That all milk which was produced for sale in the marketing area is handled in the current of interstate commerce...
