This is an appeal from a judgment against the Jewel Tea Company1 awarding J. O. Williams, Carl Ransdell, and S. W. Mead2 overtime compensation, liquidated damages, and attorney's fees under the provisions of § 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1060, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219.
