The Court makes the following findings of fact:

1. In 1925, a suit was brought in the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, by Helen Pond Warner, against Fanny Thomas, a widow, since deceased, who resided in Chicago, Illinois, to specifically enforce an alleged contract to convey the property described in the amended complaint, which property was owned by Mrs. Thomas. She employed the Chicago law firm of Goodnow, Barasa & Liss...
