The facts are:1

1. On and prior to May 21, 1940, Stephen E. Hall was the owner in fee simple of a 92 acre farm2 located on the northerly side of a public road leading from New Bedford to Allaire, Wall Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey, together with the buildings thereon, consisting of a dwelling house, dairy barn, barn, machine shed, two silos, pump and milk house, etc....
