This is an appeal from an interlocutory decree in admiralty in favor of libellant. A libel in rem was filed by the Texas Co., hereafter called Texas, against the steam tug, Independent, to hold her responsible for damages amounting to $2,299.61, caused by the loss of cargoes of oil loaded on two barges.
