Appellee brought this suit to recover on a policy, in the amount of $5,000, issued on the life of her husband, under which she was beneficiary, and recovered judgment for the full amount plus interest and attorneys' fees. The case was submitted on the pleadings and exhibits and a stipulation as to the facts. It was tried by the Court without a jury.
