This case is before the court on appeal from a declaratory judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, in favor of the appellees, who are employees of the appellants. The latter are trustees of an express trust and are known collectively as Eastern Sugar Associates. It involves the application to certain phases of the sugar industry in Puerto Rico of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1060...
