This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming a decision of the examiner rejecting claims 56, 57, and 58 of appellant's application for a patent upon the ground that said claims are not supported by the disclosure of the application. It does not appear that any claims have been allowed.
