On August 24, 1936, the Columbia Ribbon Company, a New Jersey corporation, filed in the District Court for the District of New Jersey its petition for reorganization under Section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207. Subsequently the court approved the petition and appointed John Grossgebauer and George N. Berlet trustees with power to carry on the business of the debtor.
