In June, 1938, appellees filed their bill under Section 1 of Title 25, D.C.Code of 1929, to quiet title to certain real property claimed to be owned by them in the District of Columbia. The bill alleged that appellant Klimkiewicz was the only person having any claim, interest, or title adverse to appellees. Klimkiewicz answered and filed a counterclaim.
