This matter comes before the court upon the Referee's account and the petition of the Referee and Conciliation Commissioner for certain allowances. In the account the Referee and Commissioner has included two items of disbursement, one for $335 for 67 round trips from Colfax to Malden, and one for $60 for 6 round trips Colfax to Spokane. He also asks for an allowance of $150 a year for a period of six years as compensation for his services...
