This appeal is from a decree dismissing a bill of complaint alleging infringement of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12 of Schmidt & Lee patent, 1,608,622, issued November 30, 1926, for a process for preventing the dissolution of iron and steel in pickling baths, and Gravell & Douty, 1,796,839, issued March 17, 1931, for material for selectively controlling metal pickling baths.
