The instant appeal is from a decision of the Commissioner of Patents, reversing a decision of the Examiner of Trade-mark Interferences who had held in a trade-mark interference proceeding that the appellee, Oldetyme Distillers, Inc. (hereinafter called Oldetyme), the senior party, was not the owner of the mark involved and not entitled to registration of the same, and that the junior party, John Laoghaire Corr (J. C. Yochim & Co., Inc....
