Mrs. Sarah M. Nichols filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York, December 18, 1912, and was duly adjudicated bankrupt. Within the next few months she removed to Branford, Connecticut, where she died May 29, 1913, without ever having applied for a discharge.
