Action for breach of contract.

Eugene L. Vidal of New York and George Palmer Putnam of California, plaintiffs, filed a complaint against Transcontinental and Western Air, Inc., defendant. The complaint alleges a breach of contract by defendant to sell and deliver four used airplanes. The contract dated April 14, 1937 was executed by plaintiffs and by the president of defendant.
