General Gates P. Thruston, a wealthy citizen of Nashville, Tennessee, died in 1912, leaving a will by which he placed the major portion of his estate in the hands of the Nashville Trust Company of Nashville, Tennessee, and Robert Thruston Houk of Dayton, Ohio, as trustees, with the provision that the trustees should hold the title to the property, collect rents, pay taxes and give to the testator's son, Charles, such allowances from time to time...
