This is a petition for review of an order of the Board of Tax Appeals for the District of Columbia dismissing an appeal to the Board from an assessment of an inheritance tax.

Minnie L. Rynex died October 9, 1938, in the District of Columbia, leaving a will disposing of real estate in the District. Dorothy Rynex, the petitioner and sister of the decedent, was the sole beneficiary under this will and was appointed executrix. The...
