Frank Ianni, an alien, entered the United States in 1914. On May 6, 1937, the Department of Labor issued a warrant of arrest for the purpose of having a deportation hearing. The warrant was served on Ianni and about June 9, 1937, he was given a full and complete hearing at Leavenworth, Kansas.
