By this action the plaintiff in his capacity as receiver of a national banking association, under appointment of the Comptroller of the Currency, Section 192, 12 U.S.C.A., invokes the original jurisdiction of this Court to establish certain notes as valid claims against the estate of R. L. Bowden, deceased, or, in the event such claims be ruled as invalid, in whole or in part, against the estate proper, to fix such of said notes so declared...
