1. Prior to June 30, 1937, the plaintiff herein, Evelyn Zack, as security for a loan to her father-in-law, Samuel Weisenthal, acquired title to a certain Ford one and a half ton stake body truck, 1935 model, motor number 48-1437858, from her said father-in-law, who was engaged in peddling fruits in the City of Detroit, Michigan. She permitted said Samuel Weisenthal to continue using the truck and authorized him to secure insurance thereon...
