Plaintiffs, R. C. Hawthorne, R. A. Hawthorne, and Raymon Hawthorne, brought suit in the state district court against V. T. Fisher, R. J. Cox, and E. V. Poynter, alleging that all parties were residents of Dallas County, Texas. That they are father and sons, and that they own, aggregately, 1361 acres of land in Dallas and Kaufman Counties.
