The plaintiff sues for the death of her mother and father on March 10, 1939, in this division of this district. She claims that she is the only child, and that neither of the deceased had any living parent.

She says that while her parents were riding in an automobile a few miles south of Waxahachie, Texas, one F. B. Doggett — though the same name, no kin — was operating an automobile belonging to the defendants. That said...
