This appeal is from judgments entered upon the verdicts of a jury in a suit in which the appellees sought damages for injuries to person and property resulting from the collision of two automobiles at a highway intersection near the village of Ihlen, Minnesota, on the evening of August 18, 1938, at about 6 P.
