On October 15, 1937, she obtained a judgment in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio for $11,057.91, principal and interest. Her judgment was based upon a divorce decree obtained by her on July 18, 1930, in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, Michigan, requiring Avery, among other things, to pay...
