This appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint in an action brought by the appellant to recover $14,500 alleged to be due from the appellee under a contract of reinsurance wherein the Standard Mutual Automobile Association of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was the reinsured, the appellee was the reinsurer, and the reinsurance was granted with respect to third party automobile public liability policies issued by the reinsured.
