The plaintiff admits the general rule that suitors as well as witnesses coming from another state or jurisdiction are exempt from the service of civil process while in attendance upon court and during a reasonable time in coming and going,1 but says: When the defendant moves to strike the service herein on the ground that he was served while he was a witness coming from another state or jurisdiction to give testimony...
