This is a suit for damages alleged to have been caused plaintiffs by the refusal of defendant railroad companies to transport at the scrap iron and scrap steel rate metal from dismantled oil tanks tendered by plaintiffs for shipment. Plaintiffs had acquired old oil tanks, no longer useful in situ for the purposes for which they were erected, intending to dismantle them and to sell the pieces of metal so obtained for the best prices they could...
