ATWELL, District Judge.

These suits were filed in the Fort Worth Division of this District, in 1934. At the trial which occurred some time later, before a judge there, judgment was rendered for the plaintiffs. Upon appeal by the United States, the judgment was reversed. One of those reversals is shown at United States v. Price, 5 Cir., 95 F.2d 687, and the other at United States v. Porter Brothers & Biffle, 5 Cir.,
