This is a patent infringement suit involving the validity and infringement of United States Letters Patent Number 1,924,085 (which will hereafter be referred to as the 085 patent), and Number 1,955,710 (which will hereafter be referred to as the 710 patent). Both patents purport to be the invention of G. A. Lyon.
