Bergman and Julius Klein, administrators of the estate of Abraham L. Erlanger, deceased. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff is a New York attorney; that at the request of the defendants Codman and Meyer, trustees of a trust established by the will of Maria P. Codman, admitted to probate in Massachusetts...
