This appeal arises out of an action brought by the United States to condemn certain lands in the state of Wisconsin for the use of the Bureau of Air Commerce, now the Civil Aeronautics Authority. Commissioners were appointed for the purpose of estimating and determining the value of the different interests in the land in question; and the Commissioners fixed the damages to the interest of the defendants in the sum of $4,000.
