This is an appeal by the defendant (the Appleton Electric Company) from a judgment for the plaintiff in a suit for infringement of the Knell patent, No. 2,000,851, issued May 7, 1935 and covering an outlet box. The District Court held claims 1, 3, 5 and 6 of the Knell patent valid and infringed. Accordingly the Court rendered judgment for the plaintiff and the defendant appealed therefrom.
