This is one of a group of actions brought under authority of Section 16 of the Interstate Commerce Act, 49 U.S.C.A. § 16, to recover damages based on orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission directing the payment of reparation for freight charges on coal held by the Commission to be unreasonable.
