Specifically, he having a place of business in Newark, New Jersey, was charged with unlawfully transporting by automobile truck in interstate commerce via Holland Tunnel from Brooklyn, New York, on May 4, 1938 to his place of business in New Jersey forty pounds of pork sausage, and several other items of prepared meat products described...
