Plaintiff brought the two actions now here on appeal to recover bank stock assessments which had been duly made. Asserted liability was predicated on the stockholder's statutory liability (12 U.S.C.A. § 64) and the alleged (though disputed) ownership of 425 shares of said bank stock. Judgment was for the defendants.
