Schutte were charged in count 1 of an indictment with conspiracy to violate Section 592, Title 12, U.S.C., 12 U.S.C.A. § 592, and in counts 2 to 32, inclusive, with the violation of said Section. Count 1 was dismissed. The defendant Schutte entered a plea of guilty to counts 2 to 32 inclusive. Appellant was tried and convicted...
