The plaintiffs commenced this action against the defendants in June of 1936, charging a violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-7, 15 note. A conspiracy to destroy the business of the plaintiffs in the State of Maryland is the basis of this suit. They are seeking treble damages.
