The plaintiff is the owner and licensee of a radio broadcasting station known by the call letters KTSA, in San Antonio, Texas, which station was first licensed on May 9, 1922, and has been in continuous operation since that time. It operates on a frequency of 550 kilocycles with the power of one kilowatt night and five kilowatts day, unlimited time.
