In the course of administration of the bankruptcy case of Chris Helfenbein, the trustee in bankruptcy prayed an order directing the Associated Credit Corporation to turn over to him as assets of the bankrupt estate the accounts receivable assigned by the bankrupt to the Credit Corporation, the proceeds of which had been collected by the latter after the bankruptcy.
