In this indictment Mr. Edward Abda, defendant, is charged with having sold on October 28, 1939, in Olyphant, unlawfully, knowingly, falsely and feloniously, to H. R. Lady, one pint of rubbing alcohol, a substance or preparation made with or containing denatured alcohol, well knowing that it was the intention of the purchaser to procure the same for use for beverage purposes, contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided...
