The appellant was a depositor in The Commercial Bank and Savings Company of Bowling Green, Ohio, with a credit balance of $21.45, when the bank was taken over for liquidation by O. C. Gray, the then Superintendent of Banks of the State of Ohio, on November 30, 1929. She was at that time a minor.
