These three actions were brought by the plaintiffs, Florence E. Dieckmann, Anne Dieckmann and William Dieckmann, all residents of Scarsdale in the State of New York, to recover damages for personal injuries incurred on May 14, 1938, and caused by a collision between two automobiles on a highway in the town of Holderness in the State of New Hampshire, the ad damnum in each case being at least $10,000.
