"That the undersigned Henry Woerther (single) (hereinafter styled `Grantor'), for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-eight & 50/100 Dollars ($48.50), in hand paid by the Yarhola Pipe Line Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, doth hereby grant and convey...
