The judgment appealed from is one dated January 5, 1939, entered on a petition for relief as a farmer filed under Bankruptcy Act, Sect. 75, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, which reinstated the withdrawn petition, held it not to be within the purview of Section 75, and disapproved and dismissed it.
