This appeal is from a judgment for the plaintiff (appellee) in a suit upon a policy of war risk insurance issued to Winston Arthur Cameron. The insured commenced the suit in November, 1930. It was based upon a claim that he had become totally and permanently disabled before his policy lapsed. This the Government denied.
