Thomas J. Knight sued the Kansas City Public Service Company, a corporation, for damages suffered in a collision between an automobile driven by Vernon L. Leatherwood, in which he was riding, and a street car of the defendant company, at an intersection on the streets of Kansas City, Kansas.
