An involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against Margaret Miller Nicholson, who admitted certain acts of bankruptcy, but defended upon the ground that at the time of the commission of said acts she was a "farmer" within the definition of the Chandler Act of 1938, 11 U.S.C.A. § 1(17).
