This is an appeal from a decree of civil contempt, arising out of an equity suit for copyright infringement. Buck v. Raymor Ballroom Co., D.C., 28 F.Supp. 119.

On February 14, 1938, the plaintiffs commenced in the District Court a suit in equity against the defendants Raymor Ballroom Company and Raymond J. Galvin, for copyright infringement by public performance for profit of certain musical compositions...
