This action against Sun Oil Company was brought by Duncan Morgan and others to recover title to 160 acres of valuable oil land in the A. Steele Survey, Montgomery County, Texas. The plaintiffs, appellants here, claim title to the land as descendants and heirs at law of one James Morgan and his wife Martha Shepherd Morgan.
