The complaint attacks the merger of the McKeesport Tin Plate Company and the National Can Company in March of 1937, the surviving company being the McKeesport Tin Plate Corporation, a corporation of the State of Delaware. The Tin Plate Corporation has been made a defendant with nine individual defendants, all of whom were directors of the Tin Plate Company at the time of the merger, and three were also directors of the National Can Company...
